What is the cut-off age to join the Air Force or other armed services Officer Training School?
I can't seem to get a hold of anyone in the OTS (Officer Training School) right now because they are overwhelmed with calls, I guess.

- 29, but you can apply if older than 29 and they may accept you depending on your MOS and physical condition.
- for Non-rated it is 28, also for pilot and navigator. If you apply for a rated position it is 35
- One would think people would read the question and then actually answer it. You asked about Air Force OTS, but the maximum commissioning age is actually set by federal law, and is 35. Here's the scoop for the AF: "You are required to be a US citizen at least 18 years of age at the time of commissioning and not have reached age 34 by the initial selection board convening date. Navigator and pilot applicants must be commissioned and enter flying training before age 30. All other applicants should be commissioned before age 35." The Air Force makes exceptions (as do most other branches) for doctors, nurses, and chaplains. The Army must be commissioned before age 34. Navy before 35. Marines, before 35. ROTC is prior to age 30 for all services except Marines, theirs is prior to age 27.
