Can I get into Air Force Officer Training School with a bad knee?

I'm graduating with a degree in Engineering in Spring 2011 and I would like to join the Air Force and become a pilot after I'm done with school. My knee meets the US Military requirements but, I am unable to run. I know that it is possible to enlist and get a running waiver but, can I get the same waiver for officer training school?

3. While it would never hurt to apply for a waiver, I have never heard of an Officer Candidate being admitted without being able to run. In fact, while I was in Officer Training School, we had officer candidates wash out because of their inability to complete the running requirements.
